The hotel is ideally placed for travellers arriving or departing by bus, with the ADO terminal just a five-minute walk away. From the ADO station, direct buses connect to Cancún International Airport and other Yucatán destinations. The beach is accessible via the R1 bus, which takes about 15 minutes from a nearby stop. The surrounding area is walkable and safe, with numerous restaurants, a large Soriana supermarket, and a bus stop all within a few hundred metres. The hotel's outdoor parking spaces are directly in front of the property, and the neighbourhood is secure enough for walking with luggage.

Rooms are generous in size and include a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Each room has a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove and refrigerator; a kitchen kit with basic cookware and utensils is available from reception with a security deposit. The double rooms feature either one queen or two full-size beds, and all rooms offer garden views. Air conditioning is standard, and some rooms have soundproof walls. Ground-floor rooms can be darker and more prone to moisture and noise from the street or the breakfast area, while upper-floor rooms receive more natural light and are noticeably quieter. The property has a lift, making upper floors accessible without stairs. Rooms do not have balconies.

Breakfast is included in every stay and runs from 8:00 to 10:00. The meal starts with juice, coffee, and a small fruit plate, followed by a selection of one hot dish - options include omelette, pancakes, or a Mexican plate. The breakfast is simple and sufficient for most travellers, and the setting in the lush garden patio adds to the experience. The hotel has one restaurant on-site, Pachamama, which serves American and Mexican cuisine in a family-friendly atmosphere. Coffee and hot water are available in the lobby throughout the day. A large supermarket (Soriana) and numerous restaurants are within a 5-minute walk for additional dining choices. Vegan options are available at breakfast upon request.
