Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops, the apartment is on a lively street with many well-known tapas bars and cafés just steps away. Sol metro and Cercanías station provides fast connections across the city and to Atocha Railway Station (4 metro stops). The Prado, Reina Sofía, and Thyssen-Bornemisza museums are within a 15-minute walk, and Calle Preciados shopping street is less than 800 metres away. The area is very pedestrian-friendly, but weekends bring significant street noise from nearby bars and nightlife that can be heard in the apartment.

The apartment has a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, kitchenware, electric kettle, and a dining table, making self-catered breakfasts or simple meals possible. There is no breakfast service available. For dining out, the street is lined with highly regarded tapas bars, including Casa Toni, Casa de Abuela, and Pez Tortilla across the street. Dozens of other bars and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk, offering a wide range of Spanish and international cuisine.

There is no spa or wellness facility at the property, nor is there a swimming pool or fitness centre. The surrounding streets are filled with bars, clubs, and restaurants, and the central location provides easy walking access to Madrid's main attractions, shopping streets, and museums.

Internet access is free and available in all apartments. The property offers a private check-in/out process and key access with physical keys. Safety features include a security alarm, fire extinguishers, and CCTV in common areas. A cleaning fee of €38 or €46 per stay is payable separately.
