Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km off, easily reached by metro or the paid airport shuttle (available on request, rates depend on group size). A bus stop serves lines 3 and 148 right in front of the building, and the nearest metro station is about 10 minutes' walk. The immediate area is full of tapas bars and restaurants within 0.5 km (e.g. Corral de la Moreria, Taberna Rayuela). Parking is not on-site - a private garage is roughly a 10-minute walk away and costs €20 per day (reservation essential). The location is best explored on foot; most tourist sites, shopping, and dining are within a 5-15 minute walk.

Room types include double and quadruple configurations, both with shared-bathroom access (three bathrooms serving five rooms). Some rooms come with a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Bedding varies - double rooms have one double bed; quadruple rooms offer two single beds plus one sofa bed, or one double bed plus one single bed. Rooms are compact yet functional, with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and an LCD TV (non-smart). Street-facing rooms may be exposed to night-time noise from traffic and ground-floor bars; guests who are sensitive to sound are better off selecting an inner room. Room decor is tidy but basic, with some furnishings showing age. Shared bathrooms are provided with towels, toilet paper and gel, but no shampoo or toothpaste. A few rooms include private en-suite facilities; the building has no lift.

The property does not offer breakfast, a restaurant or a bar. However, within a three-minute walk there are more than a dozen dining options - Spanish tapas (Corral de la Moreria, Taberna Rayuela), international cuisine (Gauranga Transcendental Food, La Taqueria de Birra), and casual eateries (El Rincon de Ochun, La Taberneria). The landmark Plaza Mayor and its many cafés and restaurants are just 700 m away. A DIA supermarket is also nearby for self-catering supplies. Many visitors choose to have breakfast at a nearby café (e.g. Pascual) or grab something from a bakery on the way to the cathedral.

The property does not have a pool, spa, gym, sauna, or leisure facilities. The strength of the accommodation is its location - guests use the city as their playground, walking to the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and Puerta del Sol. The nearest metro station and bus stops provide quick access to wider Madrid, including Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, and Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. For a post-walk refresh, the surrounding La Latina neighbourhood is famous for its tapas bars and terraces.

Wi-Fi is free of charge and available throughout the building. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out, using lockers. An airport shuttle service can be arranged on request for a fee (rates depend on group size and day of the week). Check-in is fully self-service via the Stay My Way app - once registered, the app acts as key for the building, corridor, and room doors. Support is available via WhatsApp and chat between 11:00 and 19:00; outside those hours, only the app-based chatbot responds. The property has CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. Private check-in/check-out is allowed, and an invoice is provided. There is no lift, no business centre, and no on-site parking - parking is off-site and costs €20 per day with advance reservation.
