APARTAMENTOS RG SUITES JARDINES DE MURILLO, Seville

The apartment sits on a calm street opposite the Murillo Gardens, placing most major sights - the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda - within a short walk. The tram stop is 5 minutes away, offering easy access across the city. Several restaurants, bars, and a brunch spot are within a 2-minute walk. Seville Airport is 9 km away, and the airport shuttle can be arranged. The quiet residential setting means limited street parking; paid public garages (Parking San Bernardo, Parking Cano y Cueto) are nearby.

All units are the same generous size, sleeping up to 6 with four or five beds. Each apartment has two full bathrooms with showers (some roll-in accessible), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The living area includes a flat-screen TV, seating, and a dining table. Bedrooms feature black-out shutters and comfortable bedding, while the kitchen is fully equipped - stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine. Air conditioning is present in both living room and bedrooms. Some units offer a terrace with rooftop access, and all have parquet floors. The decor is generally modern and clean, though occasional maintenance issues (e.g., chipped crockery, sagging sofa, minor wall marks) have been noted.

Guests who prefer to cook can use the full kitchen, which includes a microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, and kettle. For eating out, popular nearby spots include Billy Brunch (2 minutes' walk) for a healthy breakfast, El Sifon for local cuisine, and several bars and cafés on Avenida de Menéndez Pelayo. The apartment's dining area and terrace seating provide a comfortable setup for meals at home.

The rooftop plunge pool is open seasonally (typically March to November, with room-temperature water) and has a shallow end. The terrace surrounding it includes a sun deck and seating area with views over Barrio de Santa Cruz and the Murillo Gardens. The pool is shared among the four apartments in the building. A solarium and outdoor furniture are also provided. The pool is particularly appreciated for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.
