LA CENTRAL SEVILLA, Seville

The guest house sits on a quiet street in the heart of the city, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within 300 metres. Plaza de Armas bus station is 12 minutes on foot, providing direct airport bus access, and the city's main landmarks including the Royal Alcázar of Seville, Seville Cathedral, and the Metropol Parasol are all within a 15-minute walk. The area is pedestrian-friendly, and the neighbourhood feels lively in the evening yet generally calm for an overnight stay.

Room types include double, twin, and triple rooms, with bed sizes varying (double, two singles, or bunks). The room dimensions are small but adequate for a city stay, with tiled floors and a simple, clean decor. Several rooms face an inner courtyard and lack natural light or fresh air, while others offer a quiet street view or a usable balcony. Noise can be a factor: sound carries easily between rooms, from the common areas, and through thin walls. The property is basic and best suited for travellers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring.

When breakfast is available, it is a simple continental buffet with packaged croissants, bread, cereal, yoghurt, cheese, ham, juice, and hot drinks from a machine. The selection is limited; fresh fruit or vegetables are not regularly provided. The property does not have a restaurant, but the communal dining area is open all day with a free coffee and tea station, a microwave, and dishes - allowing guests to prepare their own simple meals. Numerous tapas bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk offering plenty of dining alternatives.

The sun terrace provides outdoor space for relaxing, and the table tennis table is available at no extra charge. For other leisure options, the city centre's parks, cultural sites, and entertainment are all within walking distance.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out, allowing guests to explore the city hands-free. The lift provides access to upper floors. The shared lounge has a TV, seating, and a dining area with free coffee, tea, and water. Services include a tour desk, fax/photocopying, and full-day security with CCTV. Housekeeping is provided every three days for longer stays. Parking is not available; no pet area or airport shuttle exists. Accepted payment methods include Visa and Mastercard.
