The location is within walking distance to landmarks, shops, and dining. Metro Tirso de Molina is half a minute away, and Gran Vía Metro Station is 1 km from the property. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km away. The neighbourhood of Malasaña and Lavapiés offers a lively atmosphere with many bars, restaurants, and a 24-hour supermarket. On Sundays, the Rastro market is just around the corner. For those arriving by car, there is a public parking garage nearby that should be booked in advance. While the area is well-connected for walking and public transport, the central location can be noisy at night; some apartments on higher floors or facing the courtyard are quieter.
