The property is set in a quiet, secure residential area in the Barajas district, 2 km from Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport. A metro station (Barajas, line 8) is within 400-600 metres on foot, giving direct one-stop access to airport terminals T1-T4 and a 20-25 minute ride to central Madrid (Sol, Gran Vía). A bus stop (line 101) is 200 metres away for airport shuttle. Taxis are available on the street or via app for about 5-10 € to the airport and around 20 € to the city centre. The walk from the nearby train station (Cercanías) takes 5-10 minutes. The neighbourhood feels both calm and lively, with supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shops, fruit shops and a bank-all within 100-200 metres.
