Room sizes vary significantly; the most compact rooms (especially the budget double with bunk beds) have very small bathrooms where the toilet is positioned close to the wall, requiring sitting sideways. Some rooms have windows facing an inner light shaft with no view and poor ventilation, while others face the street (which can be noisy at night). Soundproofing is limited - noise from hallways and neighbouring rooms is often audible. Rooms are generally clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. A lift serves the upper floors, though it may occasionally be out of service. The restored building retains charm but some rooms feel dated with basic finishes. For a better experience, choose a larger room or one with an external bathroom if available.
