APARTAMENTS ST. JORDI COMTAL, Barcelona

Urquinaona Metro Station is 150 metres away, and Plaza Catalunya - the main transport hub for metro, bus, and direct airport buses - is just 5 minutes on foot. The Palau de la Música Catalana is across the road, and the Barcelona Cathedral is within walking distance. The location offers easy access to the city's main attractions, shopping streets, and the port. While the area is central, noise from street-level deliveries and hotel activity can be audible at night; higher-floor or rear-facing apartments are quieter. Parking is not available on-site, but a private car park can be reserved nearby at an extra cost. For airport transfers, the direct bus from Plaza Catalunya is the simplest option.

Each apartment has a spacious living-dining area with a flat-screen TV and tiled floors. Bedrooms feature either double, twin, or single beds, and bathrooms come with a hairdryer. Kitchens include an electric oven, hob, fridge, and washing machine - some also have a microwave, toaster, and capsule coffee machine. Some apartments have a private balcony or terrace, while others overlook internal walls, which makes the space darker. Noise from the street and nearby hotel activity can be an issue in street-facing apartments. The furniture and finishes are described as practical but basic, and some apartments show signs of wear. The lift is available but is small. For stays longer than 4 days, a cleaning service is included.

The fully equipped kitchens - with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine - make it easy to prepare meals. Several bakeries, supermarkets, and cafés are within a 2-minute walk, and a wide selection of restaurants - including tapas bars and international cuisine - is within 300 metres. The property does not provide breakfast, coffee capsules, or tea bags, so guests should plan to stock the kitchen upon arrival. The dining table in the living area seats up to five, though the number of chairs should be confirmed.

No on-site wellness or leisure facilities are available. The Palau de la Música Catalana is directly across the street, and the Gothic Quarter's many shops, bars, and cultural sites are all within a short walk. For beach access, the Barceloneta coastline is about 20 minutes on foot or a short metro ride from Urquinaona station.
