Hotel Details

Location

Located in Berlin Mitte, 2 km from Alexanderplatz and a 5-minute walk from Heinrich-Heine-Straße U-Bahn station (U8).

The neighborhood places Alexanderplatz, Berlin Cathedral, and Gendarmenmarkt within 3 km, making most central landmarks reachable on foot or by a short metro ride. An Aldi supermarket is directly below the building, with an Edeka and Lidl within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are also immediately outside, providing direct routes to the city center. Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 23 km away, accessible via the U-Bahn and regional trains.

Accommodation

Private apartments with bathroom, kitchenette, work desk, TV, sofa, and free toiletries. Some studios and one-bedroom units available.

Room layouts vary from studios to one-bedroom apartments (some with a separate living room), accommodating 2-7 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, and tea/coffee facilities. Some units include a dishwasher or a sofa bed. Soundproofing is present in certain rooms, though road-facing units may let in street noise. Upper-floor rooms are accessible by lift. The apartments are described as spacious but can feel dated; older furnishings and carpeting are noted. Families with young children should be aware that some sofa beds are firm, and additional cots can be arranged (one per booking unless two babies are traveling).

Dining

Self-catering kitchenettes are available in each apartment. Several cafés and bakeries are within a 5-10 minute walk.

The kitchenette allows guests to prepare their own meals, with a stovetop, microwave, fridge, and basic cookware provided. For eating out, Bäckerei Bacco and Café am Engelbecken are 0.5 km away for breakfast or coffee, and Henne (German cuisine) is 0.5 km away. An Aldi supermarket is directly below the building, making it easy to stock up on groceries. Dinner reservations are recommended for popular spots like Henne.

Leisure

Access to the Sky Wellness area (gym, pool, sauna) in the neighboring building is included with the stay.

The on-site wellness facility is located in an adjacent building and offers a gym, swimming pool, and sauna - suitable for relaxation after a day of sightseeing. This feature is part of the apartment complex and does not require an additional fee. Nearby, there are parks (e.g., Engelbecken park) within walking distance for outdoor leisure.

Amenities

Free WiFi, lift, family rooms, laundry, luggage storage, and contactless digital check-in. Reception is not staffed 24/7.

WiFi is free throughout the building but can be unstable and slow during peak hours; some apartments on ground to third floors have weaker signals. The building has a lift, though occasional breakdowns may require stair use. A communal laundry room is available (free to use, 12:00-22:00, own detergent needed). Luggage storage is available for early arrivals. Check-in is entirely digital via a code system, and customer service is accessible through a 24/7 messaging app - responses are usually quick but on-site assistance is limited. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, Bankcard, UnionPay, EC-Card, and MasterCard.
