The hotel is located on a major thoroughfare in Mitte, placing Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Gendarmenmarkt, and Potsdamer Platz within a 10-30 minute walk. Stadtmitte (U6) and Mohrenstrasse (U2) stations are both a short walk away, providing quick links to Friedrichstrasse station and Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The surrounding area is well supplied with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. However, the central location on a busy road means street noise can be significant, especially in rooms facing the street. Parking is available on-site for €10 per night but must be reserved.

Accommodation is divided between rooms with a private en-suite bathroom and those with a dedicated private bathroom located down the corridor (occasionally shared between two rooms). The modern double rooms feature soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, city views, and free toiletries. Some rooms have tiled floors, others are carpeted. Furniture and decor are mixed: some rooms are renovated, others show their age. Noise from Leipziger Strasse is a recurring issue, particularly in street-facing rooms - the windows offer limited sound insulation. Air conditioning is available in some rooms but can be loud; heating is provided. There is no lift, so all rooms are accessed via stairs. Family rooms are available (e.g. a triple with two separate bedrooms).

The ground-floor café serves espresso and light snacks from early morning until 19:00. A simple continental breakfast (bread, pastries, jam, hot drinks, sometimes boiled eggs) can be arranged on request - it is not always included in the room rate, so confirm at booking. There is no full restaurant or dinner service, but the central Mitte location offers many restaurants and eateries within a few minutes' walk. A minimarket on site sells basic groceries and drinks. Note that purchases from the front desk may be cash only.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available at no extra charge before check-in and after check-out. Parking is private and on-site, costing €10 per night - a reservation is required due to limited spaces. Additional street parking may be possible. The reception desk is open 8:00-19:00; outside these hours, late arrivals are handled via a key safe and back entrance (code provided in advance). Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
