Zoologischer Garten underground station is 1 km away; Kurfürstendamm is a 13-minute walk. Major landmarks such as the Berliner Philharmonie (4 km) and Brandenburg Gate (6 km) are easily reached by metro. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with numerous restaurants and shops within a few minutes on foot. On-site parking is limited, so arriving by public transport is the most reliable option for most stays.

All rooms are compact but modern, featuring a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. Amenities include air conditioning, electric kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Rooms have limited storage space and no wardrobe, so living out of a suitcase is the norm. The double bed is 140 cm wide, which may be tight for two adults who are not a couple. Road-facing rooms can be noisy with windows open, but sound insulation is effective when closed. Rooms on higher floors are quieter. The blackout curtains are excellent. No mini-fridge is provided.

Breakfast is served in the on-site Lounge restaurant, which offers a continental buffet, a full English/Irish spread, and a buffet option. Hot and cold dishes are available, with a good variety. Children aged 16 and under eat breakfast for free. The hotel also has a bar that is open 24 hours; during happy hour (17:00-19:00) draught beer and drinks are half price. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Italian, Asian, and German options, for those who prefer dining out.

The hotel does not have a pool, spa, gym, or sauna. The focus is on practical city-break accommodation. For leisure activities, the location provides easy access to the Kurfürstendamm shopping street and the Tiergarten park, ideal for walking or jogging.
