The Staroměstská metro station (300 metres) connects to Prague Castle and other districts. Prague Airport is 15 km away, and the main train station is 3 km. Shops and supermarkets (Tesco, Albert) are within a seven-minute walk.

All apartments feature hardwood floors, bright decor, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom (some with a separate toilet). The units vary: a first-floor apartment with a spacious living area, two bedrooms, and a washing machine; a ground-floor Little House with a small private patio; apartments with views of Týn Church; and a top-floor unit with a full kitchen. Beds are double-sized and described as very comfortable. The property is suitable for families and groups, with sizes ranging from two to eight beds. Some units have high ceilings and a kitchen with a dishwasher. There are no rooms with balconies.
