APPARTAMENTI VELA MILANO CENTRO CON GARAGE, Milan

The main apartment type is a spacious split-level layout (one bedroom, one bathroom, living room) that comfortably sleeps up to four people, with the option to add extra single beds for larger groups (up to six). Studio-style flats are also available. All units feature a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, kettle, washing machine and all utensils, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, bathrobes, and free toiletries. Soundproofed walls, parquet flooring, flat-screen satellite TV, and work desk are standard. The large balcony or terrace includes outdoor seating and overlooks a green, quiet courtyard - road-facing noise is minimal. Beds can be set up as requested (twin or double). Some units have two separate balconies.

Unlike a hotel buffet, breakfast is set up inside each flat so you can eat at your own schedule. The continental Italian breakfast typically includes croissants, rusks, jams, Nutella, honey, butter, fruit juices, and hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk). The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing additional meals, and many supermarkets and specialty food shops are within a 2-minute walk. The neighbourhood is rich with restaurants, from pizzerias and trattorias to fine dining, all reachable on foot.

The property itself has no pool, spa, or gym. However, the quiet courtyard-facing balconies with comfortable seating provide a peaceful outdoor space after a day of sightseeing. The Città Studi district offers a pleasant atmosphere for evening walks, and the nearby Porta Venezia public gardens (Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli) are a short metro ride away.

The building has a lift that connects the apartments and the garage levels - no stairs needed. The host provides a warm welcome, explains the apartment, and is reachable by message for recommendations or requests (e.g., extra towels, coffee capsules). Private check-in/out and an express process are standard, and late arrivals are accommodated smoothly. A baby cot is available on request (charge may apply). The property offers 24-hour security, CCTV, and fire extinguishers. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out. Electric vehicle charging is possible via a standard socket in the garage with an adaptor.
