The guesthouse is nested in the Porta Romana neighbourhood, a local area with a supermarket, many cafés and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The yellow line M3 metro (stops Porta Romana and Lodi TIBB) is about 5-9 minutes on foot, providing direct access to the Duomo (about 3 stops) and to Milano Centrale station (8 stops, ~30 minutes). Trams 9 and 16 and buses 62, 65, 77, 90, 91, 92 are also nearby. For airport transfers: Linate (LIN) is closest, reachable via metro and trolleybus; Malpensa (MXP) and Bergamo (BGY) are best reached by train or bus to the centre then metro. The property is about 5 km from Linate Airport. Taxis are recommended only as a last resort due to high prices.

The guesthouse consists of four private rooms (up to 13 beds total) on the first floor of a restored 18th-century farmhouse. All rooms feature the Pedano System: mattresses of pure natural latex with healing inserts (rye or peat straw), beechwood suspended slats, and natural-fibre pillows for optimal spinal support. Bed linens, towels, soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. The West room (2 beds, €35/night) and East room (4 beds, €60/night) have a private bathroom outside the room; the East bathroom is wheelchair-accessible. The North room (3 beds, €50/night) and the South room (2 beds, €60/night) have en-suite bathrooms. The South room has independent air conditioning and a double arrangement. Rooms are heated/air-conditioned, and offer inner courtyard or garden views. A shared lounge includes a fridge, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, and a selection of books. Some rooms can be small, and noise from the bar/restaurant can carry; earplugs are provided.

The restaurant 'Un posto a Milano', under Chef Nicola Cavallaro, serves Italian tradition dishes (sometimes revisited) made with fresh, seasonal, and quality ingredients, often organic. Lunch is served Monday-Saturday 12:30-14:30 and Sunday 12:30-15:00. A fixed light menu is €15, a tasting menu is €20 on weekdays; à la carte is available on weekends. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. Cask wines start at €12/glass, and an extensive wine list includes organic, biodynamic, and natural wines. Lodging guests receive a discount on food and drink.

The property's two courtyards, garden, lawn, fruit trees, and aromatic herb beds provide a peaceful retreat from the city. The garden and patio are open to lodging guests for breakfast or an aperitivo. The on-site farmers' market (Tuesday, September-mid-July, 15:30-20:00) sells local, seasonal, and organic products. A flower and plant shop, as well as a bookstore, are also on the premises. A public park is a short walk away. Cooking classes, happy hour, and themed dinner nights are available for an additional charge.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Luggage storage is offered before check-in (10:00-14:00) and after check-out (11:00-19:00).
