HOTEL BRIANZA, Milan

Hotel Brianza sits in a bustling area of Milan, directly on a tram line and steps from the tram stop. Repubblica Metro station is a 1-minute walk away, providing a three-stop journey to Milan Cathedral. Porta Venezia Metro, 500 metres away, offers direct connections to the Rho Fiera Exhibition Centre. Milan Central Station is 1 km on foot, making it convenient for train arrivals. The Indro Montanelli Public Gardens and the Gallery of Modern Art are just a few steps away. A Carrefour supermarket is across the street, and numerous restaurants and shops - including Corso Buenos Aires - are within a 5-10 minute walk. The area is walkable to the city centre, but the tram noise and vibrations are noticeable from street-facing rooms.

Rooms at Hotel Brianza are compact and practical, featuring air conditioning, 22-inch LED satellite TV, a private bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer, as well as a private entrance and soundproof walls. Some rooms include a balcony or a terrace overlooking an inner courtyard. The accommodation suits short stays in Milan, though rooms facing the street are affected by tram noise and vibrations, while internal courtyard rooms are quieter. Several travellers note that rooms can feel small and basic, with hard mattresses and narrow showers. The property is older, so room condition varies - some units are recently renovated, while others show wear. A fridge is available in the room, and heating is provided in cooler months.

Breakfast is a paid continental buffet (€15 per person), served from 07:00 to 09:30 in the lobby area. The selection includes bread, pastries, sliced cheese, jam, cereal, boiled eggs, and hot drinks. The breakfast area is compact and can feel crowded when busy, with limited seating. There is no restaurant or dinner service. However, numerous restaurants, bars and a Carrefour supermarket are within a 2-minute walk. The bar/lounge area offers wine/champagne and a coffee house on site.

Hotel Brianza does not have a wellness centre, swimming pool, or fitness facilities. For outdoor recreation, the Indro Montanelli Public Gardens are just steps away, and Porta Venezia is within 500 metres. The area around the hotel also has several shops and beauty services.
