8 km from Ciampino Airport and 18 minutes' walk from Anagnina metro station, the homestay sits in a quiet residential area outside the ZTL zone.
The bus stop right outside the building connects directly to Anagnina metro station (2 km, about 5-10 minutes by bus), from where the metro reaches central Rome in about 25 minutes. For drivers, free on-street parking is available less than 20 metres from the gate. The neighbourhood is quiet but not central: reaching attractions like Porta Maggiore takes about 11 km, and Università Tor Vergata is 5 km away. A few local restaurants and a pizzeria are within a 10-minute walk.

Each air-conditioned double room includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a private bathroom, and a terrace or balcony-some with garden views and others with city views. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The shared kitchen is available for guest use, but during peak social hours it can be busy; planning cooking times earlier in the evening is recommended. Rooms facing the street may pick up some noise from the neighbourhood, so garden-facing rooms are preferable for light sleepers.
