APPART'HOTEL ODALYS CITY - PARIS XVII, Paris

The hotel is positioned near the outskirts of central Paris, with metro lines 13 and 14, RER C, tram 3b and bus 66 all reachable within 7-15 minutes on foot. This network provides quick access to the city centre, Champs-Élysées, and Stade de France. A Lidl supermarket is a 5-minute walk away, and several bakeries, bars and restaurants are within 300-500 metres. The immediate area is quieter and more residential than the historic core, with a park and playground under the adjacent highway. Walking to Montmartre is feasible. Orly Airport is 28 km away; CDG can be reached via RER B + bus 173. A taxi from CDG costs €45-55.

Rooms include a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a kitchenette with stovetop, fridge, dishwasher and utensils, plus a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, and a tea/coffee maker. Bed sizes are compact (practical for shorter guests), and some rooms have only a double bed that may separate. There is no air conditioning, so summer stays rely on a fan and open windows, which can let in highway and playground noise. Noise-sensitive travellers should request a room on a high floor facing away from the road. Room cleaning is not included daily; paying extra is needed for fresh towels or housekeeping. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in or after checkout.

A continental buffet breakfast is available for a daily charge (approximately €16-21 per person), served in a dining room with a furnished terrace overlooking the city. The spread includes bread, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and hot drinks. There is no restaurant or bar on site, but the kitchenette in each studio allows self-catering using the stovetop, microwave and fridge. Multiple bakeries (including a 24-hour option), cafés and supermarkets are within a short walking distance for groceries and meals.

The hotel provides a hammam (Turkish bath) and a hot tub/jacuzzi, both subject to an additional charge. There is no swimming pool or full wellness centre on site. For leisure, the hotel is located next to a park with football pitches and children's playground, and a sun terrace is available on the 6th floor (breakfast use only). Bicycle rental is offered for an extra fee, giving an alternative way to explore the city.
