The hotel sits on Boulevard Magenta between the two major rail stations, making it ideal for Eurostar and train travellers. Gare du Nord provides direct RER B service to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Gare de l'Est links to regional lines. Four metro stations are nearby, offering quick access to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, Montmartre (20 minutes on foot), Galeries Lafayette and the Marais. The lively neighbourhood is filled with brasseries, restaurants and the Saint Quentin covered market directly opposite, known for fresh produce. Porte Saint-Denis and Porte Saint-Martin are a short walk, and buses serve the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks. While the area is busy and cosmopolitan, quieter streets are within easy reach.

Standard rooms are compact but functional, available as single, double or twin. Superior rooms offer more generous space, and some have a balcony or a view of Sacré-Cœur. Prestige rooms are set apart on a private staircase for added quiet and can accommodate up to three people. The Loft is a two-level duplex sleeping up to four, ideal for families or groups. All rooms feature Art Deco-style wallpaper designs, a desk, a safety deposit box, and free toiletries. Front-facing rooms overlook the street and may experience some noise, while rear-facing rooms are notably quieter.
