AQUAS SALVIAS - AMAMI COLLECTION, Rome

Located 3 minutes from Basilica San Paolo Metro station (Line B), providing direct connections to the Colosseum, Termini station, and Rome's historic centre. The bus stop immediately outside the property offers additional routes. Ciampino Airport is 17 km away; Fiumicino is accessible via metro and regional train. The surrounding area is quiet at night but well-served with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within a few minutes' walk. The Basilica of San Paolo Fuori le Mura is nearby. Free, secure on-site parking is a significant advantage for those arriving by car, given Rome's limited and costly parking options.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, soundproofed walls, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Some rooms have two single beds, others a double. A few rooms offer street views; others face an internal stairwell with little natural light. The street-facing rooms can be affected by traffic noise, even with windows closed, while rooms on the interior are quieter but may receive less daylight. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, with connecting doors in some configurations. Daily cleaning and towel changes are provided. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures.

The property does not have its own breakfast service, restaurant, or bar. However, the location is well-served by nearby eateries: several restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and cafes are within a 3-5 minute walk, including Da Daniele, La Muffineria, and Pizzeria I Gemelli. A supermarket is also nearby for self-catering. For a full meal or quick bite, the area provides ample choice, making it easy to plan meals without needing to travel far.

WiFi is free and accessible throughout the property. Private on-site parking is free and does not require reservation; the parking is behind a gated entrance for security. Check-in is handled via a self check-in system with a code provided before arrival. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Daily cleaning and towel changes are included. The property is non-smoking and no pets are permitted. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, Diners Club, and MasterCard. The host can be reached by phone or messaging for assistance.
