From there, Alexanderplatz is reachable in under 10 minutes. Schönefeld Airport connects directly via the S9 line to Frankfurter Allee. Two supermarkets (Netto, Keiser's) are within a 30-second to two-minute walk. Shopping centres with food courts and numerous restaurants are also just around the corner. The area is quiet in the evenings and feels safe, with access to the lively bars and restaurants of Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Straße within a 15-minute walk.

Rooms are typically large and clean, with a private bathroom that often includes a bathtub and good water pressure. Beds are comfortable but pillows are often described as thin; extra pillows are available on request.
