DX APARTMENTS, Berlin

The property sits at the edge of a commercial area within the Dong Xuan Center, a large Asian market. The tram stop directly in front of the building provides a direct 20-minute connection to central Berlin. Major landmarks such as Berlin Cathedral and the Berlin TV Tower are a short tram ride away. Parking is free and available on-site, and the area also includes a supermarket and petrol station within walking distance. While the immediate surroundings are practical rather than picturesque, the location is well-served for transit and car access.

Rooms are newly built, featuring comfortable beds, a seating area, a work desk, an electric kettle and free toiletries. Suites add a separate bedroom and a tea/coffee maker. The rooms are large and well-equipped for both leisure and short business stays. Noise from the street and from adjacent rooms can be noticeable; rooms facing the inner courtyard tend to be quieter. The shared balcony connects rooms along the building, providing an open outdoor space. Blackout curtains and electric sockets by the bed are standard.

The property's own restaurant offers Vietnamese cuisine at lunch and dinner in a traditional ambience, with a terrace for outdoor seating. The Dong Xuan Center behind the building contains multiple Vietnamese eateries, including Sen Dong Restaurant, Vietpho Restaurant, and Dong Xuan Restaurant, all open for lunch and dinner. No breakfast is served on-site. The wider area includes a bubble tea shop and additional cafés within short walking distance.

There are no on-site wellness facilities such as a gym, pool or spa. The main leisure offering is the adjacent Dong Xuan Center, a large Asian market where guests can shop, explore and find Vietnamese street food. The shared balcony provides a simple outdoor space but is not fully private. For more extensive leisure options, guests will need to travel into central Berlin.

Free private parking is available on-site without reservation, and the lot is monitored by security. Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though connection stability may vary in some rooms. Check-in is handled entirely through a smartphone app for building and room access; the security team is on hand 24/7 to assist with entry issues. Room service is available, and housekeeping is provided on request. The property has family rooms, is non-smoking throughout, and accepts Visa, Maestro and MasterCard.
