Rooms on the first floor (numbers 103-107) experience significant noise from the reception area, stairwell, and the garage door below; rooms on the second floor or higher are markedly quieter. Road-facing rooms can be affected by street traffic noise. There is no air conditioning; fans are available on request. Windows open enough for ventilation, but rooms can become stuffy on warm days. The hotel was renovated recently, and all rooms now have flooring instead of carpet. Beds are firm, and some mattresses show wear, with sagging reported in a minority of rooms.
