The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the Olympic Shopping Centre and adjacent to a bakery, Lidl supermarket, and a major shopping mall. U-Bahn lines U1, U2, U3, and U7 stop at Olympia-Einkaufszentrum; line U3 is 500 metres away. Olympic Park is 2 km away (25-minute walk), BMW World is 3 km, and Munich Airport is 32 km (40 minutes by car or S-Bahn S1 to Moosach then U3). Free public parking is available on site, with a paid underground garage for €10-14 per day.

Rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer; the toilet and shower share a single sliding door that cannot close both simultaneously. Each room includes satellite TV, heating, carpeted flooring, and a small desk. There is no closet - only a hanging rail - and no safe, kettle, or iron. Windows open partially. The beds are comfortable for short stays, though pillows are thin. Road-facing rooms can be noisy; requesting a higher floor or rear-facing room improves sleep quality. The compact size suits solo travellers or short stays for two.
