The apartment sits in the heart of Barcelona, next to Las Ramblas, Port Vell, Palau Güell, and the Liceu theatre. The Cathedral and Barceloneta Beach are both within walking distance. The Drassanes metro station (Line 3) is less than a minute away - Plaça Catalunya is 2 stops, Passeig de Gràcia and Plaça Espanya are 4 stops, and Sants station is 6 stops. The area is very lively, with many restaurants and bars steps away (e.g., Pimiento Bar, El Cangrejo, Ultramarinos, Guell Tapas - all 0.5 km). Taxis are easy to find, and the surrounding streets are narrow but well-connected.

Each unit features a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee machine. Bedrooms have either a double or twin beds, with wardrobes in at least one room and hangers in all; some rooms have a chest of drawers. A safety deposit box is provided. Windows offer natural light, but the apartment can be noisy at night due to street activity - the area has many bars and people around until late. Earplugs are a practical addition. The lift is compact (70x90 cm) and arrives directly into the apartment; it can malfunction under heavy use. Apartments 2, 3, and 4 have a private balcony.

The apartment is self-catering: the kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and washing machine. A welcome basket with water, fruit, coffee, and sometimes juice or tea is often provided. While there is no restaurant or breakfast service on site, the surrounding streets of Ciutat Vella offer many dining options - Pimiento Bar, El Cangrejo, Ultramarinos, and Guell Tapas are all within a 0.5 km walk, and Les Quinze Nits, Colom, Los Caracoles, and Viana are about 0.5 km away.

Wellness facilities are limited: there is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The common rooftop solarium/terrace is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00 (no sun loungers).
