The cabins are situated off Swannanoa River Road, providing easy highway access while remaining quiet and wooded. The property is 13 km from Asheville Regional Airport and within 15 minutes of the Blue Ridge Parkway visitor center, Biltmore Estate (11 km), Harrah's Cherokee Center (10 km), and the Botanical Gardens (12 km). A large grocery store (Publix) and several restaurants are less than 10 minutes away by car. The location is ideal for day trips to Chimney Rock, DuPont State Forest, and Pisgah National Forest for hiking and waterfalls.

Each cabin is individually named (e.g., Tony's Treasure, Jessie's Magnolia, Chris's Cottage, Larry's Lodge) and offers a unique layout - some are more spacious, others more rustic and cozy. All include air conditioning, heating, a wood-burning fireplace with split logs, a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and a tea/coffee maker. Bed configurations range from one king to multiple twins and futons; pull-out sofa beds are available but may be firmer. Private bathrooms feature a shower/tub combination and hairdryer. Cabins are well-supplied with linens, towels, and paper goods, and are consistently described as spotlessly clean.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and essential cookware, making meal preparation easy. An outdoor gas grill is provided on each deck, ideal for barbecuing.
