The Mermaid & The Alligator offers a variety of accommodations. The Mansion features six rooms across three floors, some with King beds and spa-style bathtubs, others with Queen beds and walk-in showers. The Garden Cottage includes the Bamboo Room with bamboo accents, the Key Lime Room, and the Papaya Room, each with a private bath. The Treetop Suite, accessible by a 40-step staircase, includes a King bed, a soaking tub, and a private bath. The Audubon Room features Dade County Pine walls and floors, a Jacuzzi tub, and access to the garden. The Royal Poinciana includes a King bed, an antique writing desk, and a veranda. The Garden Room has cathedral ceilings, a terra cotta floor, and access to the grotto garden. The Sun Room showcases tree views and French doors to a sun deck.
