The Asheville Regional Airport is 16 km away. Parking is free and available on-site without reservation. The location also places guests near Memorial Stadium (2 km), the Botanical Gardens, and Harrah's Cherokee Center.

The main inn offers a variety of rooms across three floors, including the Serenity Suite with a spa bath and private veranda, and the third-floor Page Room (note: its private bathroom door is just outside the bedroom).
