The Piazzale Roma bus and car parking is a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for arrivals by train, bus, or car. The area is filled with restaurants, shops, and a supermarket (Despar) around the corner. All major attractions are within a 30-minute walk or a short waterbus ride, and the Alilaguna airport waterbus stop is a 5-10 minute walk. Despite the central location, the side street is quiet at night.

Room types include single, double, twin, and quadruple units, with private bathrooms (either en suite or external private). Rooms feature air conditioning (seasonal, May-September), heating, a flat-screen TV, a safe deposit box, and either carpeted, parquet, or tiled floors.
