Tram line A at Palais de Justice station (4 minutes on foot) provides direct service to Merignac Airport (12 km), and the historic centre is easily explored on foot. Public parking is not available on site, but a preferential rate is offered at the Meriadeck car park (200 m). The area is well served by cafés, bars, and restaurants, though the immediate street remains generally calm.

Rooms are individually decorated in a Baroque style. Amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, LCD TV, minibar, and private bathrooms with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Some rooms feature a balcony. The ground-floor MontRose room is available for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, while upper-floor rooms are accessed via a steep winding staircase - this may be challenging with heavy luggage. Soundproofing helps maintain quiet, though rooms facing the street may occasionally pick up noise from nearby bars on weekend nights. Bed comfort varies: some report the mattresses as very comfortable while others find them soft or creaky. The suites offer separate sleeping areas (double bed plus two singles in communicating rooms), and one suite features a bathtub. Double beds cannot be converted into twin beds.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and typically features fresh croissants, bread, plain yogurt, cheese, ham, orange juice, and hot drinks. Some preparations may include homemade almond cake or pancakes. The breakfast service runs from a set time; if departing before service starts, a breakfast box can be arranged.
