The resort sits just off US 192, placing it within a 10-minute drive of the Disney property entrance and about 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores are a 6-minute drive away, and a Publix supermarket, Wal-Marts, and a Walgreens pharmacy are all within 1 km. No shuttle service operates to any parks or the airport, so a car, ride-share, or taxi is essential for getting around. For non-drivers, the concierge can arrange Limos or taxis.

Each suite includes a separate bedroom or bedrooms, a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. The One Bedroom Deluxe and Three Bedroom Villa offer a king-size bed, walk-in shower, private balcony or patio, and an in-room whirlpool tub; Mini Suites have two double beds and a shared single bathroom without a balcony or jacuzzi. Selected units have a washer and dryer, and complimentary laundry facilities are available on-site if the unit does not. Sealy Posturepedic mattresses and flat-screen cable TVs are standard.
