BABY QUAIL INN, Sedona

Located just off the main road, the property sits in a quiet side lane that keeps street noise low, yet places you within 0.3-1 km of multiple dining options, including Olde Sedona Bar & Grill, Szechuan Restaurant, and ChocolaTree Organic Eatery. Whole Foods is across the street, providing easy grocery access and a central meeting point for tours. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is less than a 15-minute drive, and popular hiking and biking trails are a short ride away. The area is walkable for errands, but a car is recommended for trailheads and further attractions.

Rooms are compact and functional, with carpeted floors, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with Roku, and a small dining table. Bathrooms feature standing showers (11 of 13 rooms) but are not wheelchair-accessible; there is no elevator, so second-floor rooms require stairs. Some units face the parking lot, and curtains may not fully block outside light. The twin room is on the ground floor. The property shows signs of wear - worn mattresses, dated furniture, and occasional maintenance issues - but bed comfort is generally acceptable for a short stay. Opening windows can improve ventilation, as the rooms may retain humidity.

Parking is free but requires a reservation; one space per room is allocated. The remote 24-hour front desk can be reached via phone or the video kiosk, and express check-in/out is available. There is no luggage storage service, no laundry, and no business centre. The property is non-smoking throughout and has CCTV, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers. Air conditioning and heating are in all rooms. The on-site housekeeping team is present in the morning but does not enter rooms before requested.
