The resort sits directly off Highway 89A, placing it within a 5-minute drive of Uptown Sedona's shops, galleries, and restaurants. For hiking trails such as those at Red Rock State Park, a car is needed, with trailheads within a 10-minute drive. The immediate area is not walkable for touring, but a small grocery store and several eateries (including Starbucks and a Whole Foods) are within a half-mile walk. Free private parking makes a car the most practical way to explore the region, including day trips to the Grand Canyon and Native American ruins.

Studios offer a kitchenette with cookware, utensils, and a dishwasher. One- and two-bedroom units add a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, dining area, separate living room with sofa bed, and a seasonal gas fireplace. Some one-bedroom units include a jetted tub. Bed configurations: one-bedroom units have one king bed and queen sofa sleeper; two-bedroom units have two king beds and three queen sofa sleepers. Rooms do not have balconies, and some lower-level units may have limited views. Soundproofing between units is minimal, with reports of noise from neighbors and footsteps from upper floors. Some furnishings and cabinetry may appear dated, though cleanliness is generally maintained. The indoor heated pool and a larger indoor pool at the adjacent Villas of Sedona are available year-round.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar. There is no breakfast service. Each suite contains a full kitchen (or kitchenette in studios) with cookware, utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher - suitable for preparing meals. Communal propane barbecues are available outdoors. For those who prefer eating out, the area along Highway 89A offers several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, including sushi, pizza, and health-conscious options. A Starbucks and a Whole Foods are within a half-mile walk.

The resort features two swimming pools - one indoor (open year-round, heated) and one outdoor (heated April 1 to October 31). Three outdoor hot tubs are available year-round. A sauna, a fitness centre with free weights and cardio equipment, and a games room with table tennis and billiards are also on site. Free organised activities include evening entertainment, live music, and stargazing sessions with telescopes. Hiking and table tennis are offered at no extra cost. The indoor pool and gym at the adjacent Villas of Sedona are available to guests. The outdoor pool and hot tub areas are surrounded by landscaped gardens and picnic areas.
