Sedona Springs Resort suites provide accommodations with the comforts of home. The Privacy Suite sleeps 4 and features a king-size bed, a partial kitchen, a queen sleeper sofa, and one bathroom with a shower tub. The 1 Bedroom Loft Suite sleeps 6, with a king-size bed on the 2nd floor, a walk-in shower and whirlpool jetted tub in the master bedroom, and an additional 1/2 bath downstairs. It includes a queen sleeper sofa in the 2nd-floor loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room, a full kitchen, and a spacious living room with a seasonal gas fireplace. The 2 Bedroom Suite sleeps 10 and features a king-size bed in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The downstairs 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed. This suite includes a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the 2nd bedroom, and a washroom off the living room. The suite also offers three additional queen sofa sleepers, a full kitchen, a partial kitchen, and a spacious living room with a seasonal gas fireplace and a stacked washer and dryer. Each suite is equipped with A/C and flat-screen TVs.

Guests at Sedona Resort can relax by the outdoor pool or work out in the on-site fitness center, open from 7:00 am to 9:30 pm (Sunday through Thursday) and 7:00 am to 10:30 pm (Friday and Saturday). The gym has ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent and upright stationary bikes, and a universal weight machine. Guests may prepare meals in the barbecue pits or in their in-room kitchen. The resort has four hot tubs, a game room, a playground, gas barbecue grills, ice machines, a dry sauna, and on-site laundry facilities. Wi-Fi is complimentary.

Sedona Springs Resort provides leisure activities. Guests can access the game room, which has a pool table (coin-op), ping pong, air hockey (coin-op), old school video games (free), skee ball, and jig saw puzzles. Sedona Springs Resort offers activities such as dream catcher classes, stargazing, arts & crafts, and jewelry shows. The Activity Center hours are from 8:00 A.M. to closing, which varies by season.

Sedona Springs Resort is located in West, the first postmaster of the city. The resort is near Oak Creek and various art galleries, cultural attractions, and restaurants. Area activities include the ancient Petrified Forest and the Grand Canyon. The resort is close to Sunset Park, Posse Ground Park, Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Country Club, Verde Santa Fe, and Canyon Mesa CC. Other attractions near the hotel include Montezuma Castle, Montezuma Well, Tuzigoot, Palatki & Honanki, Red Rock State Park, and the Sedona Heritage Museum.

The Sedona Springs Resort offers guest services seven days a week. The front desk can be reached via a direct line. Check-in time is at 4 pm. If arriving early, guests may pre-register and provide a call-back number. Check-out requires leaving keys in the room on the kitchen counter and calling the front desk from the room phone. A gift shop, 'The Shoppe,' is adjacent to the Activities Department Clubhouse. The resort provides computers with printers in the Sedona Springs Resort Lobby and the Villas of Sedona Clubhouse for complimentary use.
