The hotel is on the Esquiline Hill, just 250 metres (2-3 minutes on foot) from Termini station - Rome's central hub for trains, metro (lines A and B), buses, and taxis. From here, a direct 30-minute Leonardo Express train runs to Fiumicino Airport, and coaches serve Ciampino Airport. Many of Rome's key sights are within a 10- to 20-minute walk, including the Colosseum, Imperial Fora, and Trevi Fountain. The Vatican and St Peter's are a short metro ride away. The surrounding Monti district offers a wide choice of restaurants, bars, and shops. The area is well-served by public transport, making it easy to reach anywhere in the city.

Rooms come in a mix of smoking and non-smoking options, with twin or double configurations. Each has a private en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and courtesy kit. Floors are parquet or carpeted. Bedding tends to be firm, and some rooms face the street, where noise from traffic and other guests can be audible. Upper-floor rooms away from the street are generally quieter. Storage includes a wardrobe or closet; desk space is limited. Air conditioning is available in all rooms but may be centrally regulated. Note that no coffee/tea making facilities are provided, and there are no balconies. Daily housekeeping is standard.
