ALL SUITES APPART HOTEL - BORDEAUX LAC, Bordeaux

The hotel sits in a commercial zone near Bordeaux Lake and the exhibition centre. The immediate surroundings are industrial with limited foot traffic, making a car or tram essential for reaching the city centre. The nearest tram stop (Tram C) is approximately 10 minutes on foot; the journey to Place de la Bourse or the train station takes about 30 minutes. Free on-site parking is available and suitable for vehicles up to 2 meters high. For those driving, the motorway is easily accessible. The area has a few restaurants within walking distance, though the atmosphere is not pedestrian-friendly after dark.

Accommodation ranges from studio to one-bedroom apartments. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, and cutlery - ideal for self-catering. Air conditioning is available, and a fan is provided as an additional airflow option. The property dates from the 2000s and some rooms show signs of wear; furnishings and fixtures are functional rather than modern. Carpeted floors are standard, and soundproofing between rooms is limited. Higher-floor rooms and those facing away from the road tend to be quieter. Sofa beds may not be suitable for prolonged sleeping.

Breakfast is offered in the morning, typically until 10:00, for an additional charge. The hotel does not have a dinner option, but a selection of vending machines and a coffee shop are available on the premises. Within a 5 to 15-minute walk you can find a pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, and McDonald's. Food delivery via services such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats is also possible, and the hotel partners with a local pizza shop for direct orders. The kitchenette in each room allows for simple meal preparation.

The on-site fitness room provides basic exercise equipment for those wanting to stay active. The garden offers a quiet outdoor space. For additional leisure, a bowling alley and a golf course are both within 3 km of the property (additional fees apply).
