The B&B sits south of the Arno in the lively San Frediano neighbourhood, a 20-minute stroll from the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and Boboli Gardens. The area is full of trattorias, wine bars, and bakeries, giving a genuine Florentine feel away from tourist crowds. Bus stops are 1-2 minutes away: line 6 connects to the Accademia Gallery, and line 12 goes to Piazzale Michelangelo. Travelles arriving by car can reach the property easily as it is outside the ZTL zone. The closest supermarket and bakery are just two blocks away.

Rooms are simply decorated in bright colours and come with a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, tiled floor, and heating. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bidet, and complimentary toiletries. Leisure is focused on exploring the surroundings. The residential area has local markets, a supermarket, and numerous restaurants and wine bars within a short walk. For outdoor relaxation, the Boboli Gardens are a 20-minute walk away. The shared kitchen allows guests to store and prepare snacks. Public transport (bus) is readily available for day trips, and the Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre is reachable on foot (20 min) or by bus (10 min).
