Pitti Palace is 600 metres away, Ponte Vecchio less than 1 km, and Santa Maria Novella station a 10-minute walk. The Uffizi Gallery is a 12-minute walk, and the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria are roughly 1 km or 15 minutes on foot. Florence Airport is 11 km distant. A supermarket is right next door, and a wide selection of restaurants, bakeries, and a gelato shop (Sbrino) are on the same street within a few minutes' walk. The area is well served by local buses for connections to the train station.

Accommodation consists of ground-floor and first-floor units. All include a private bathroom with shower and bidet, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a wardrobe. The apartments also come with a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware) and a dining area, making them well suited for longer stays and self-catering. The gelato shop Sbrino is around the corner.
