The U6 metro line (Studentenstadt station, 6-10 minutes on foot) runs directly to Marienplatz in about 20 minutes and to Allianz Arena in three stops. MOC München is 3 km away, English Garden 5 km. The motorway access makes the property convenient for drivers, but rooms facing the road can be noisy with windows open. A P+R parking lot near the metro costs €2/day for those who prefer to save.

Each room features a flat-screen TV, work desk, and a distinctive disco ball decor. The double rooms are compact and well-suited for short stays. Soundproofing is effective when windows are closed, keeping road noise out. However, the ventilation system may produce a low hum, and the bathroom lacks a window. Some rooms have shown wear in shower fittings and lighting. The desk is small and poorly lit, making it less ideal for prolonged work. Beds are comfortable, and daily housekeeping is available (or opt out for a free drink). Extra bedding can be arranged for families through a superior category.
