The city centre's main attractions are a 25-minute walk through the park or a short metro ride. Munich Airport is 34 km away, and the central train station is reachable via U-Bahn in under 15 minutes.

Rooms are divided between two buildings: the Baroque Suresnes Castle (superior double, twin, double and single rooms with a historic character) and the Kardinal Wendel Haus (modern, sustainable rooms with lift access). All rooms include a desk, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, carpeted floor and a clean, functional private bathroom with shower. Some rooms in the castle overlook the garden or the park. Rooms are generally quiet, particularly those on the top floor. A fan is provided during warmer weather.

The breakfast buffet offers a varied selection including breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit and hot drinks. Eggs come from a farm near Freising, beef from a producer in Dasching, and potatoes from a farm near Erding. The surrounding streets provide an excellent range of restaurants, cafés and shops for other meals.

The academy's private park is a landscaped green space with trees, a mosaic fountain, seating areas, and is connected to the English Garden, one of Europe's largest urban parks. The park is ideal for morning runs, afternoon walks, or quiet reading in the shade. The property also provides direct access to walking and cycling trails. Hiking and cycling equipment can be arranged via the hotel.

The property offers free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, a shared lounge with TV, and a 24/7 self-service coffee and tea station.
