The location is excellent for sightseeing: the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sant Pau Hospital is 700 metres away, and Park Güell is a 20-30 minute journey by Metro or Bus. The street is lined with bars, restaurants, and pavement cafés, with a wide range of supermarkets and fast food outlets within a 5-minute walk. Buses to the city centre and the beach stop directly next to the apartments. The metro stop provides quick access across Barcelona, making a car unnecessary.

Units vary: some face internal courtyards, while others offer balconies with Sagrada Familia views. The second bedroom is notably compact, often with two single beds leaving limited floor space; some have no window. The main bedroom is more spacious with natural light. Each apartment includes a living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and in some cases an oven. Air conditioning is available, though may not fully cool the second bedroom. Noise from neighbours, the hallway, and the street can be significant, and thin walls are a characteristic of the building. Some units have steps at the entrance to the lift and to the apartment door.

Avinguda Gaudí and the streets surrounding the Sagrada Familia are packed with bars, pavement cafés, and restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines, from tapas to international dishes. Supermarkets and fast food outlets are also within a 5-minute walk, making self-catering or quick meals easy. The apartment's kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker, suitable for preparing simple breakfasts and snacks.

The building has a lift, though there are two steps up and down to reach it from the entrance. Reception services are limited; an invoice is provided, and luggage storage is available from 12:30 on the day of arrival. There is no on-site parking or airport shuttle. A paid laundry service is located about 30 metres from the apartments. Accepted payment methods include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and others. Pets are not allowed. City tax is payable in cash at check-in.
