The apartments sit in a lively yet safe neighbourhood with dozens of cafés, restaurants, and shops within a few minutes' walk. Galvany Market is a 5-minute stroll away, and many bakeries, bars and a Mercadona supermarket are close by. Hospital Clinic and Diagonal metro stations are each under 15 minutes on foot, linking directly to Sants Train Station and the rest of the city. A bus stop is located just across the street, providing quick access to the city centre. The beach is a longer walk, approximately one hour, but easily reachable by bus or metro. For drivers, parking is not available on site, but a public car park (NN Santaló) is just around the corner and can be booked via the Parclick app. The area feels safe, and the street is quiet enough in the evenings while remaining vibrant during the day.

The apartments are spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas. They offer 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom configurations, each with private bathrooms - some units have two bathrooms, and some have two en-suites. The kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer (in some units), Nespresso machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Bed linens, towels, and a cleaning starter kit are provided. The living area includes sofas, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a dining table. Beds are comfortable, and the apartment is air-conditioned throughout. Some units feature a private balcony or terrace with city views, which is a highlight for many. A lift serves all floors. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of space for families or groups of up to 4 people. Note that some second bedrooms may face an inner courtyard and can be compact.

Wi-Fi is available for free in all apartments. The building has a lift and key-code access at the main entrance, lift, and apartment door for security. CCTV covers common areas and the exterior, and a safety deposit box is available. Luggage storage is provided at the reception (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, except holidays). Daily housekeeping, ironing, and laundry services are available for an additional charge. The apartments include a washing machine and, in some units, a dryer. Cots can be provided on request. The reception is helpful and friendly when present; outside reception hours, assistance is via phone or WhatsApp. The self-check-in process is straightforward, with clear instructions sent in advance. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
