The location is exceptionally central yet surprisingly quiet, as the building sits on a pedestrian-friendly street with limited vehicle traffic. Airport buses depart from Plaza Catalunya, and the university quarter nearby provides a lively mix of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. Casa Batlló is about five minutes away, and the Gothic Quarter is within a 10-15 minute stroll. Public transport, including metro and bus stops, is a short walk, and the area feels safe at all hours.

Three categories are available: Standard (one bedroom with double bed), Executive (two bedrooms: one double, two singles), and a Loft with a wide terrace (one bedroom, double bed). All units feature wooden floors, air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed in the living room, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. Kitchens include a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and cookware. Blackout curtains are fitted in bedrooms. Balconies are available in some rooms, while one-bedroom units on the street side have a small balcony; two-bedroom apartments and the loft open onto a large private terrace overlooking an interior courtyard. Road-facing rooms can receive some noise during the day, while interior-facing apartments are very quiet. Beds are generally firm, which suits most, but those preferring a softer mattress may want to note this.

There are no on-site wellness or fitness facilities. The main leisure option within the apartments is the private terrace available in the two-bedroom and loft categories, which provides a quiet spot to relax with outdoor furniture. The surrounding Eixample neighbourhood offers many parks, cafés, and pedestrian streets ideal for strolls. The nearest beach is about a 20-minute metro ride away.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Reception is staffed Monday to Saturday during office hours; on Sundays and after hours, a self-check-in kiosk in the lobby issues key cards (the machine may require patience). Luggage storage is available free of charge, both before check-in and after check-out. The building has a lift. For families, cots and high chairs can be provided on request subject to availability. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and a safety deposit box. Cleaning is not included for stays under 7 days; for longer stays, a mid-stay towel change and bathroom clean are carried out. The parking lot is a public facility opposite the building and costs €25 per day; reservation is not required. An electric vehicle charging station is also present.
