The apartment sits on a quiet street in a safe, central neighbourhood. Major landmarks such as La Sagrada Família, La Pedrera, and Casa Batlló are within walking distance. Two metro stations and numerous bus lines are close by, providing easy access across Barcelona. The Aerobus stops about 10 minutes on foot, making airport transfers straightforward. A Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants are just around the corner. Despite the central location, the street is peaceful, and closing the windows effectively blocks street noise.

One-bedroom apartments are open-plan studio-style with a glass door separating the bedroom from the living area. Two-bedroom apartments feature two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for up to 6 people. Three-bedroom apartments (max 8 pax) include 2 bathrooms. All apartments have smart TVs in each bedroom, a Bluetooth speaker, free safe, air conditioning, heating, and blackout curtains. The modern kitchens come with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (with complimentary pods), and a dining table. The apartments are noted for being very spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with good storage and comfortable beds. Rooms facing the street are quiet when windows are closed, making them suitable for light sleepers.

The apartments do not have a restaurant or serve breakfast. However, the surrounding area is filled with restaurants, cafes, and tapas bars, including options for gluten-free dining. A Carrefour supermarket is just a couple of blocks away, and several cafés and bakeries are within a 1-minute walk, making it easy to self-cater or grab a quick bite.

The rooftop pool is open year-round from 9:00 to 20:00 in summer and 9:00 to 17:00 in winter. It is an outdoor, unheated pool with a shallow end, offering a refreshing dip and a sunbathing area with loungers. The terrace provides panoramic views of Barcelona and is an excellent spot for relaxation after a day of sightseeing, especially in warmer months.
