Despite being close to the main road, the property is set back on a private driveway at the end of a dead-end street, ensuring a quiet setting with no steep or curvy mountain roads. The location is walkable to a Food City grocery store, and several chain restaurants (Papa John's, IHOP, Cheddar's, J.T. Hannah's Kitchen) are within 1 km. Free private parking is available on-site with plenty of space for a trailer.

The cabin features a private entrance, parquet floors, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. The separate bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the living room includes a queen-size sofa bed. The bathroom offers both a bath and shower, with excellent water pressure and plentiful hot water. The property is noted for its spotless cleanliness, fresh smell, and cozy, quiet atmosphere. Additional touches include a tea and coffee maker in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and washing machine and dryer. The cabin is well-furnished, feels spacious for its size, and is suitable for families or small groups.
