Free street parking is directly outside, and the neighbourhood is considered safe by local standards. The quiet side street reduces road noise compared to properties directly on the main avenue.

All rooms include a private bathroom (walk-in shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries), air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen cable TV, wardrobe, and tiled or carpeted flooring.
