A direct bus from Berlin Brandenburg Airport stops at Hermannplatz. The U-Bahn station (U8) is a 5-minute walk, providing a 15-minute connection to Alexanderplatz and central Berlin. The hotel sits directly opposite Hasenheide Park, offering green space for jogging or relaxing. The neighbourhood is multicultural, with many restaurants, bars, and shops within a 2-5 minute walk (Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Greek, and more). A supermarket is also nearby. While the area is generally busy and safe, some may find it less polished at night; the immediate vicinity remains well-lit and active.

Rooms are generously sized with classic-style interiors. Each has a private bathroom, flat-screen satellite TV, heating, and carpeted flooring. Double beds are a single mattress (180x200 cm). There is no air conditioning - fans are available on request. Rooms lack tea/coffee-making facilities, minibar, and safe. Some rooms have soundproofing; those on the back side are quieter. The property is older, and decor shows signs of wear - carpets in some rooms have staining, and occasional odours have been noted; the hotel promptly offers room changes when such issues arise. Cleanliness is generally maintained, and rooms are cleaned daily.

The breakfast buffet includes scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and a coffee machine. Vegetarian and vegan options are provided. During breakfast, coffee and tea are complimentary; at other times, the coffee machine near reception is available for a small charge. The hotel has a bar/lounge area but no restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, the surrounding streets are packed with diverse restaurants (Italian, Indian, Vietnamese, Greek, etc.) within a 2-5 minute walk. The rooftop terrace (weather permitting) is open until 22:00 for drinks.

Opposite the hotel, Hasenheide Park provides a large green space suitable for running, walking, or picnics. On-site, a garden with a fountain and a rooftop terrace offer outdoor seating areas. The terrace is open from 07:00 to 22:00 in good weather, ideal for enjoying a drink or reading. No other leisure or wellness facilities (e.g., spa, pool, fitness centre) are available.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms. Luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in or after check-out. The 24-hour reception allows for late arrivals. Express check-in/out is complimentary.
