BELLARIA 17 B&B, Bologna

The B&B sits in a quiet neighbourhood, about 30 minutes on foot from Piazza Maggiore and the main historic sights. The bus stop right outside provides a direct and practical alternative to driving, especially given the limited on-street parking in the area. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport is 13 km away. Several restaurants and pizzerias are within a 5-minute walk, making evening dining convenient for those arriving without a car.

Rooms are spacious, quiet, and bright, with comfortable beds and a practical layout. Each room has a private bathroom; note that in some cases the bathroom is just outside the room rather than en-suite. The property includes a large shared living area with a full kitchen, ideal for preparing meals or relaxing. Ground-floor rooms are available for anyone who cannot use stairs. Cleanliness is consistently noted, and the rooms are well-maintained.

The garden offers a quiet outdoor space to unwind, and the communal living room is furnished for both lounging and dining. No dedicated spa, pool, or fitness facilities are present on-site.

The B&B provides free WiFi throughout. Free public parking is available at a nearby location without needing a reservation, though on-street parking in the area is limited. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and available for guest use. The host is responsive, and arrangements for late check-in (even after midnight) can be made on request. No pets are allowed. Payment can be made with major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
