Noise is a significant factor: the walls are thin and soundproofing between adjoining rooms is poor, and the highway and nearby train tracks can be audible. Light sleepers should request a room away from the road and consider earplugs. Room sizes are generous, especially king rooms which include a small couch. There are no balconies. Adjoining rooms are available by request. The en suite bathrooms are clean but some have noted an occasional smell; there is no exhaust fan in the restroom. Laurie's Grill & Lounge is open from 6 AM to 2 PM daily, making it a convenient option for a morning meal before heading out.
