SHILO INN SUITES HOTEL - BEND, Bend

The hotel sits on the banks of the Deschutes River, with ground-floor patios and upper-floor balconies providing river views from many rooms. It is adjacent to the Riverhouse Convention Center and within a short walk of several dining options including the on-site Currents at the Riverhouse, as well as Cafe Sharis Pies (0.5 km), McKay Cottage Restaurant (0.5 km), and Ihop (0.5 km). The property is across from a busy shopping area and close to the Old Mill District. Public parking is free on site with no reservation needed, though the hilly terrain can make walking around the immediate area somewhat challenging. The central location puts most Bend attractions within a short drive.

Dining options are practical but limited to the evening meal on site. The attached Currents at the Riverhouse restaurant offers a dinner menu and bar, with reports of good food for the price. There is no continental breakfast, coffee, or morning meal service available at the hotel itself. For breakfast and other meals, guests have several nearby choices within a 0.5 km walk, including Cafe Sharis Pies, McKay Cottage Restaurant, and Ihop. A 20% discount for hotel guests is reportedly available at the on-site restaurant.
