Bikini Hostel, Cafe & Beer Garden - Adults Only offers several accommodation types. Single Private and Twin Private rooms are located within a dorm room apartment, each sharing a bathroom. Female Dorms are available in 4, 6, and 9-bed configurations. Mixed Dorms also come in 4, 6, and 9-bed options. Private Studios feature bathrooms and kitchens, accommodating up to 6 people. A Private Apartment includes one bedroom and one bathroom and is fully furnished. The Bikini Beach Bungalow is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Art Deco house with a private backyard, kitchen, laundry facility, and Florida room, accommodating 16 people. Most dorm rooms have their own bathroom; if not, the bathroom is shared with another room.

The onsite restaurant, Cafe and Beer Garden, features happy hour and light fare. Catered breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available with a huge seating area. The Cafe and Beer Garden serves dinner as well as Happy Hour specials with beer and specialty cocktails in the courtyard. All-inclusive meal packages are available, and a common kitchen is also accessible.

The hostel is centrally located a 10-minute walk from the beach and Lincoln Road District's mall, restaurants, and bars. It is located on 13th and West Avenue. Miami International Airport is seven miles northwest of downtown. A bus stop in front provides access to the ocean beach in 5 minutes and to all of South Beach. Bicycle rentals are available next door. From Miami International Airport, take the 150 Airport Flyer to Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue, then the South Beach Local bus to the hostel. From Fort Lauderdale Airport, take the Tri Rail to Miami International Airport. Private parking is available on a first come first serve basis, with additional street parking and a nearby parking garage.
